• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: on saturday after 04.00 pm.
  Check-out: on saturday within 10.00 am
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per appartment if rented for a week, if the appartment is rented daily (in low season) we will specify the daily charge per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included but can be furnished on request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All appartments are on the ground floor and all (except apartment n.6) are structured on two floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Initial linen for the bedroom and bathroom are provided by us. We change the linen weekl.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Every apartment has an individual veranda and all the apartments are on a hill and surrounded by gardens.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  On request our guests can ask to use the office telephone
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available and included in the price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car within 10 km from us.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at S. Donato in Poggio, about 4 km distance.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  About 30 km Florence, 38 km Siena and 90 km Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Donato in Poggio is at about 4Km. distance.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at the town of S. Donato in Poggio.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi at 15 km distance from us.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
