 Each apartment provides the right balance between modern comfort and traditional Tuscan style, evident in the wooden furniture and terracotta floors. The kitchens are equipped with all the necessary items required for preparing typical dishes of the region using local and genuine products. In addition, the Stella, Glicine, Lilla and Clematide apartments have a fireplace in the living area. A centralized laundry room, available to all guests, is located on the ground floor of the hunting lodge.
Another feature available to guests is the barbeque next to the outdoor provisions shelter, for those who wish to enjoy an outdoor grill. For more adventurous guests, it is also possible to use the wood-burning stove for those who wish to tackle the enterprise of baking pizza or breads.
Each apartment has an outdoor area with table and chairs for dining. Satellite TV is available in all apartments. For those with special needs, the Guineč apartment that has been specifically equipped to accommodate disabled persons. Our whole complex is surrounded by gardens, fruit trees and 40 hectares of woods, ideal for a vacation geared towards nature and sport. Guests of the Agriturismo Casa Sesta have free use of a lovely panoramic pool for their enjoyment and relaxation, and of mountains bikes for sport and excursions. |
 Caprifoglio:
A fabulous view of the vineyard is the unique aspect of the Caprifoglio apartment situated on the first floor of the main farmhouse. An internal stone staircase leads guests to a large living area hosting a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, two couches and satellite TV. Capable of accommodating two families, the Caprifoglio apartment has two master bedrooms, each with twin beds that can be separated, an ample armoire, a desk and a shower bath. For guests choosing this apartment, enjoy beginning your day by admiring the vineyard illuminated by the rising sun.

 Clematide:
One of the two apartments created from the renovation of the hunting lodge, the Clematide apartment looks out onto the central farmyard where, not so long ago, the wheat threshing took place. From the farmyard one enters into the living area with terracotta floors and overhead wooden beams, finding a charming green kitchen, a sofa bed, satellite TV and fireplace. The apartment, suitable for a couple or small family with one child (sleeping on the sofa bed or on a cot in the bedroom), is complete with a master bedroom opening onto the farmyard and a shower bath.
By request, a communicating door can connect the Clematide and Glicine apartments.

Gioia:
This apartment is located on the ground floor of the main farmhouse with entrance from the "piazzetta delle rose". The apartment is accessed by an internal corridor with stone walls and small niches. The living area, facing the vineyard, houses a fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed and satellite TV. The Gioa apartment is complete with large master bedroom and shower bath.

 Glicine:
Intimate and luminous, the Glicine apartment is perfect for a couple seeking a romantic vacation in touch with nature. Looking out at the farmyard, this charming nest is composed of living area with kitchenette and fireplace, a master bedroom facing the vineyard and shower bath.

Guineč:
One enters this apartment, perfect for a family with two or three children, from the "piazzetta delle rose", where each arch of the loggia hosts a climbing rose bush. In the living area, one finds a kitchen complete with all modern appliances, a sofa bed, satellite TV and access to a private terrace. Equipped with table and chairs, the family can enjoy dining on the terrace while taking in the beautiful panorama. Passing along a stone corridor one arrives at the bedrooms, with master bedroom, children's bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with large shower. Of special note: the Guineč apartment has been particularly equipped to accommodate disabled persons.

 Lilla:
Located on the upper floor of the main farmhouse, the Lilla apartment is reached by an exterior stone staircase skirting the tiny chapel dedicated to St. Claire. The living area overlooks the farmyard, enjoying also a view of the orchard, which is particularly spectacular in springtime when the almond and cherry trees are in bloom. In summer, the orchard is still a palette of rich colours, with the trees laden with fruit. The apartment is suitable for a family or couple desiring of a romantic and relaxing holiday. The living area houses a separate kitchen, fireplace, sofa bed and satellite TV; the apartment is complete with master bedroom, cot and shower bath.

 Stella:
Large and spacious, with access from the "piazzette delle rose", the Stella apartment has been refurbished and decorated according to the cannons of traditional Tuscan style. In the living area, the kitchen of wooden cabinetry has been specifically equipped to serve a large family thanks to its dimensions and accessories that include a large refrigerator, four burners, and a large sink. The fireplace, with beside it two sofa beds, lends for a warm and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for passing the time with family and friends. The Stella apartment has a master bedroom, a small bedroom with twin beds and a large bathroom with shower and quality bath. Outside it is possible to dine and sunbathe in the small square equipped with table and chairs, just as it is possible to barbeque or use the wood-burning stove available to all guests.
