 The property is divided into ground and first floor. At the ground floor we find the entrance hall, a large living/dining area with fireplace in French red marble. At this floor we also find the kitchen fully equipped with all the comforts such as dishwasher, microwave-oven, oven and so on.In this floor there is a small toilet and an extra room equipped with fireplace, where there is the washing machine. At the first floor we find a cosy living room, three double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. |
 All the rooms are very spacious and bright, specially the main room of the house (double bedroom). Also this floor has been furnished following the Tuscany countryside style. On this floor we also find 1 bathroom with shower and one bathroom-hall with shower/tub. The main bathroom of the house is elegantly furnished in pink colours with English porcelain. The Villa is also equipped with Tv and telephone. |
