  Per room.

  Yes, buffet breakfat.

  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?

• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors but all the rooms are located at the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but all the rooms have garden views.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  They are all no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Only in the apartment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are cooking lessons.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Only in the apartment there is the possibility to connect a PC.
