• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  There is not breakfast becouse we haven't restaurant and each apartment has a kitchen.
• Is heating included in the price?
  It's included just for week end.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Usually we settle at the end of the holiday.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception are spoken: English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have a ground floor, first and second floor, but we haven't an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  There is the linen at the arrival,who will stay 2 weeks have a complitechange at the end of the first week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we haven't apartments with terrace, buth some has a garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there's a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes. There is a telephone in all apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, it' opene from 15th/04 to 15th/10.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. Free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It's possible at the reception, we have a contact with a near shop.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are supermarkets in our village Acquaviva.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 120 km, Siena 60 km, Pisa 150 km far from here.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Acquaviva 1 km, Montepulciano 6 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Acquaviva.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montepulciano station 3 km far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets with payement at the end of holiday for the cleaning.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
