  There are two floors, but there arent't any elevetor.

  Yes, the apartment are quite, romantic and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes,there are linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they haven't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there are: SAT/TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there isn't.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, but all apartments have dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we don't have, (only line telephone).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, 14x7 mt.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking for 8 cars at 20 metres from the farmhouse.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In San Gimignano, 2 Km from the farmhouse.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a supermarket at 2 Km from the farmhouse.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are vineyards all araund property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 55 Km, Siena 36 Km, Pisa 80 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Gimignano is at 2 Km, from the farmhouse
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze-Peretola is at 61 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It's at 2 km from the farmhouse.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibinsi that is at 14 Km from the farmhouse.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small size.
