• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are the weekly rates per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments are self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, the price is 1,55 Euro per hour.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three apartments at the ground floor and two apartments at the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Every apartment has got its own private room outside, the apartments upstairs (Melograno and Ciliegio) have got external private terraces.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the apartments have satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  All the apartment have dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there's a private parking area.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence or Pisa airport, on arrival.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, one km far from the property, open on Sunday too.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are a lot of vineyards: Montespertoli is famous for its wine.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 25 km far, Pisa is 60 km far, Siena is 65 km far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest little town is Montespertoli, 7 km far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  The nearest bus-stop is in Montespertoli, 7 km far.

  The nearest town with rail connections is Empoli, 15 km far
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
