With a sweeping view from 500 meters above sea level, the Casa Nova farm sits on a hill dominating the valley of the fifteenth-century Castle of Montepò. In the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, among ancient oak woods, pastures, vineyards and olive trees, the area remains unspoilt, untouched, and rich in natural beauties and in historical and archeological sites.

Gardens just outside the house creates plotches of color that change with each season. A new swimming pool is available for guests since the summer of 2001. The space where fodder was once cut up has become a warm, bright kitchen. The farm has been restored recently.

What had once been a stable for cows and sheep has been trasformed into a large hall that is both rustic and refined.
It has a huge fireplace and a grand piano.

The 50-hectare farm (about 123 acres) operates with the methods of organic and integrated farming. At the moment it is in the process of changing from raising sheep to horse breeding and the production of grain, wine, and olive oil, as well as growing fruit and vegetables for family and guests.
