Although easy to navigate it would have been even easier if you could cross reference both type of accomodation to geographical area rather than one or the other.

Beautiful rural property. Comfortable rooms , fantastic views, close to an interesting Tuscan town. Good restuarants nearby. The large pool was a nice afternoon break.

Our room was the last available one at time of booking. It was on the second floor overlooking the front yard and was large, clean and comfortable. The only possible disagreeable comment was that the renovated area for the small bath was on a three-step level so that when at the sink, one needed to be careful not to step backwards which might be hazarous for some. ... Very homey. Roberto did an excellent job in seeing that we were comforable. The weather was clear and beautiful and the first night we enjoyed a picnic supper on one of the outdoor tables overlooking the Tuscan countryside, along with one of Roberto's available, excellent bottles of red wine. Breakfast was good and in a pleasant room. Location is very convenient to San Gimignano, Volterra and other sites and parking is FREE.

Very nice, in a peaceful beautiful area. Great pool, homemade breakfast, outdoor eating areas. I would definitely come back.

Pleasant place and staff. Location adequate. More information on walking would have proved useful to those of us who like to take walks. ... We liked Casanova di Pescille very much, and have recommended it to friends who are travelling to Italy soon. ... Mention walking time to San Gimingno ... A B&B working farm. In idealic setting with a dog and cats. Relaxed. Very nice.

The only downside to the stay was that the breakfast could have been of higher quality. Compromises had been made with regard to the fruit juices and coffee.
