• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 pm to 06.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room/apartment for 2 guests.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, only few words in Deutsch.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all apartment are quiet, we have all double glass windows.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The ground floor apartment have some tables and chairs outside, while the apartments in the main podere use the table and chairs of the garden in front.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all with tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in the Flowers apartments not in the other ones.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Grosseto town you can find Avis and Maggiore Rental Car.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 300 mt. from the farm.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 140 km, Siena 70 km, Pisa 130 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  1 km Grosseto.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Siena SAY, 64 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Grosseto.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
