La Guardata as a single unit can accomodate 8/10 persons or can be divided into two completely independent apartments.

 Apartments: S. Stefano S.Stefano - small country village dating back to the XVIIIth century - is composed of a spacious Farmhouse and an Old Granary, completely independent. Each property can be rented separetely (4 up to 12 persons). The full village accomodates up to 16 persons.

Martino (8+4 guests) This completely restored country house, composed by a single unit and a small depandance, is situated at 500 mt. a.s.l. in a very quiet and panoramic position far 3 km from the reception and 8 km from Castiglion Fiorentino. The house has its own garden surrounded by olive groves and a private swimming pool (12x6 mt.). |
