 The Estate offers its guests different type of accommodation in nine apartments:
Archi:
Sq.m 35. One-room apartment for 2 people with a double bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. |
 Bellosguardo:
Sq.m 55. Two-roomed apartment for 2 people with a double bed room, a lounge with two single sofa beds, cooking facilities, and a bathroom with shower. Possibility of adding 1 bed in the living room. |
Il Cipresso:
Sq.m 45. Two-roomed apartment for 2 people, equipped with double bed room, cooking facilities, and bathroom with bath-tub. |
 La Torre:
Sq.m 65. Two-roomed apartment on two levels plus 2 single sofa beds, and with the possibility of adding 2 single beds. The entrance has a spacious lounge/dining room, a kitchen, while on the upper floor, in the tower, there is a double-room and a bathroom with shower, there is the possibility of adding 1 single bed in the room. |
 La Cisterna:
Sq.m 35. One-room apartment for 2 people with a double bed, a single sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with shower.
Santa Fina:
Sq.m 33. One-room apartment for 2 people with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower. |
 Suite La Rocca (Apts La Torre+Il Cipresso):
Sq.m 110. Apartment on 2 floors, composed by 2 double bedrooms, large living room with 2 single sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen from which there is a magnificent view over the towers of San Gimignano. 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub), maximum sleeping capacity 6/8 persons. Possibility of adding 2 single beds in the living room.
Rooms: we offers also 4 rooms, 3 double rooms and one triple with the B&B service included in the price. |
