Casale di Villore is surrounded by the breathtaking pastoral beauty of the Chianti Senese. Rolling hills covered with vineyards and olive groves extend as far as the eye can see. Villore itself was used as a look out tower in the Middle Ages because of its hilltop position. It affords breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. In addition, some of the Chianti's famous villages are in the area, including San Gimignano (whose 13 towers can be seen in the distance on a clear day) and Castellina in Chianti.

By car
From Florence: Highway (Autostrada) A1 to the exit FIRENZE-CERTOSA.
Motorway (Superstrada) FIRENZE-SIENA for 33 km. Exit POGGIBONSI NORD and follow directions for POGGIBONSI CENTRO for 1 km. Turn left following for CASTELLINA IN CHIANTI (SS429) and go straight on for 7 km. Turn right onto a gravel road at the indication for VILLOLE (Villore) and go straight on for 700 m.

From Siena: Motorway (superstrada) FIRENZE-SIENA for 28 km.
Exit POGGIBONSI NORD and follow the above indications.

By train
The nearest railway station is in Poggibonsi. From there you can take a taxi or rent a car. By car follow the indications for Castellina in Chianti as explained above.
