Profile |
The property, nowadays completely restored into a beautiful house with all comforts, dates back to the XIX century; at that time it was part of Earl Brandini's properties which were bordered on Sant'Andrea in Percussina, the little village where Nicoḷ Machiavelli lived. |
The interior arrangement is the typical one of Val di Pesa farmhouses and Val di Pesa is the name of this area of Chianti. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with dining-room, one bathroom, one living-room with a double sofabed and stereophonic cd player, one tv room with another double sofabed, dolby surround and DVD. |
Stone steps leads to the first floor where there are two bathrooms and four double bedrooms: Ruby, Zaphire, Emerald and Amber which names are inspired by the fittings fabrics of each of them. Some more steps up and just under the roof, in the pigeon-house, there is a fourth bathroom, with jacuzzi. The property offers all comforts, such as: dish washing, washing-machine, dryer and air-conditioning. |
