- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is for the entire villa. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
It is not included. - Is heating included in the price?
Air conditioning is included, while heating is extra charged. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
No, because we esk for a deposit at the moment of the reservation. (View Payment Policy). - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak Italian, English and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors and no elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, they are. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
All linen and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, there is a big terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they have not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we do not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
The villa has satellite tv. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
The telephones are not yet installed in our rooms. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Air conditioning is also in the rooms. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, there is. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not have. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
We do have a swimming pool. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, private parking is available. - Where can we rent a car?
In Florence airport. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
There is a small "village shop" which sells most daily needs including fresh milk and bread. There is also a supermarket in Tavarnuzze. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes there are many independent vinyards in this valley (val di pesa) in the chianti region. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence is 10 km, Siena 50 km, Pisa 75 km. - Which is the nearest village or town?
Tavarnuzze is our town. We are in Falciani. - Which is the nearest airport?
There are various airports: Firenze (Amerigo Vespucci) and Perugia (Adamo Giulietta), however both Rome, Pisa and Bologna airports are each within 2 hours. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we can organize it upon request. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Tavernuzze. - Which is the nearest railway station?
There are high speed train links from Florence, Siena, Pisa. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
Yes, there is jacuzzi in the big bathrooms. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, they are. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No at the moment.
