By car
For guests coming from the North: Take the A1 Milano-Firenze highway, exit at Firenze Certosa. Continue toward Siena (through the 4 lanes road) and exit Siena Nord. Follow the indications for Castellina in Chianti and, after 2 km, on the right for Pontignano. After 5 km turn again on the right for Pontignano. We are located 1km after this crossroads. Take the dirty track on the right when you will find the Casale's indication.
For guests coming from the South: Take the A1 Firenze-Roma highway, exit at Valdichiana. Continue toward Siena (Road 326). Before entering Siena you will find the indications for Pontignano. Follow the road to Pontignano. We are located about 1 km after Pontignano. Take the dirty track on the left when you will find the Casale's indication.
By train
The nearest train station is in Siena (7 km). From there we suggest you to rent a car, or to take a taxi, as the property is in the middle of the countryside, and there are no public transports arriving there.
By plane
The nearest airport are Pisa nad Florence, then you can catch the train till Siena, or rent a car, which is the best solution if you want to visit the surroundings. |
