• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm until 6pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the whole house.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the breakfast is not included.

  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The location is very quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Towels and bedlinen are provided
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  You can manage as you want.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, TV and stereo.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Siena you can easly rent a car.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes the closest grocery store is about 2 km away, in Ponte a Bozzone. The Supermarket is near Siena Railway Station.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  All the area is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 80 km, Siena: 8 km, Pisa: 110 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Vagliagli.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  In Siena there is only a small airport but is better to fly to Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  From Siena take the line 34 Siena-Vagliagli and stop in Pontignano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is no restaurant but you can book for a private typical Tuscan dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
