• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am.
  
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The cost of the heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have two floors in the padronal house and we do not have an elevator. Many flat are located in the ground or first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have a romantic suite.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Three apartments have a terrace-courtyard. One apartment have a private garden. Three apartments have a private veranda.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non-smoking but in the apartment is possible to smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not TV in the rooms/apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The telephone is not installed in the rooms-apartments, but you many use our telephone for important incoming and outgoing calls.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We do not have air conditioning in the rooms/apartments.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We plan to offer simple dinner once or twice a week upon demand.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet and E-Mail point is available on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our swimming pool is 16x8 m and one for children is 6x3 m long are for the exclusive use of our guests.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Piombino, Follonica or San Vincenzo.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes you can find everything you want in Campiglia Marittima and in Suvereto.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 90 km, Siena is 80 km for Pisa is 50 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Campiglia Marittima or Suvereto.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest Airport is Pisa (1 hour).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have, but we can arrange to collect passengers from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is no bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Campiglia Marittima is 15 minutes far from our property and there is taxi service in the station.
• How far away is the beach?
  About 5 minutes.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we do not have but there is a termal station 15 minutes far from our country.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, in some apartments.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We serve breakfast or simple dinners or light lunches around the swimming pool upon demand.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not at the moment.
