Facilities within the Hotel

Restaurant: The restaurant, situated in the old weaponry room, in the winter and in the shade of the courtyard in the warm summer months, offers a typical Tuscan cuisine to be complemented by one of the excellent Chianti wines produced by the farm. Guests may eat either in the restaurant or outside in the beautiful cloister.

Breakfast: The ancient kitchen, where the Countess used to spend her days, is where the guests of the hotel meet to have their breakfast, enjoy a nice cup of coffee and receive a friendly welcome, breathing scents and flavours of local tradition.

Wellness Centre: Built into the old ramparts guests will find a swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness room, beauty treatments and massages on request. In a separate wing of the building there is a Day-clinic for plastic surgery directed by Dr. Cesare Luccioli together with his daughter Cinzia and his son Paolo. The villa which was in the Serristori family for six centuries from the middle age until Italian unification in the 19th century has today found, with the Luccioli family, a new lease of life harmonising past and present time in accordance with it's long history.

Our Products: One part of the building is dedicated to the farm activities. The wine production, which is also rich in history and tradition, goes back to the 16th century when the Serristori family began producing excellent wines and a high quality olive oil. The ancient wine cellar, with it's great old vats still visible, is a testimony to this heritage. Inside the property are organised nice tours of the noble apartment and a visit of the "Cantina" followed by a delightful wine tasting. Next to the "Cantina" there is a small museum with an exhibition ofthe agricultural utensils used by our ancestors.

Conferences: In the large rooms of the Villa it is possible to hold meetings, gatherings, shows and conferences.
