The drive up the hill to the property is pretty adventurous. It might be helpful to let people know to expect a steep, windy, and very narrow 2 mile drive up to the property.

I think that the instructions for arriving by car could be improved.

Is important to advise that if you want to dinner in the house, is necessary to comment it in advance.
