• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Hotel:
  Check in: after 15.00 pm
  Check out: within 10.00am
  Farmhouse:
  check in: Saturday afternoon between 03.00 pm and 12.00 am
  Check out: Saturday morning within 10.00 am
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Hotel: daily price per guest.
  Farmhouse: The weekly rates shown in the price list are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  In hotel is included, but in farmhouse are excluded.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor, first floor and second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We believe the whole lay-out of the property is quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Hotel: 3 rooms with terrace.
  Farmhouse: The apartments have an area for outdoor living.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Room N. 24,38,39.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

  Yes, the property itself produces wine and olive oil.

  Florence 50 km, Siena 10 km, Pisa 140 km.

  The closest village (Castellina in Chianti) is 8 km far; the closest town (Siena) 10 km.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  The stop of the bus which connects with the town is in front of the Villa Casafrassi.
