• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is only one floor (no lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartments are very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Apt. Marisa and Elisa have a wrought-iron covered roof terrace.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the apartments there are TVs but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a dining room in each apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a swimming pool. It is open from 4th May to 2nd October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, garage available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Sinalunga (3 km away).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in the surroundings there are grocery stores and supermarkets.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence Km 87, Siena Km 30, Pisa Km 185.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  In the vicinity there are Sinalunga, Lucignano and Montepulciano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence airport (90 Km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 1.5 km away from the farmhouse
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Sinalunga (distance: 3 Km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
