 The apartment "Marisa" is about 50 square metres and it is composed of a double room, a bathroom and a large living-room. The bedroom has a 3 door-wardrobe in old style, wrought iron bed with bedside tables and an old style chair; the room is well lit and has a wrought-iron covered roof terrace. The bright shutter window is adorned with curtains, and the carpet and the bed cover are in red India tonality. The room is adorned with hand made doilys and floreal paintings.The bathroom is furnished with washbasin, bidet, lavatory, spacius shower box, glas mirror and shelves; curtains are handmade laces. |
 The living room has two well lit windows, a fully equipped kitchen with all domestic appliances (fridge, oven, sink, hood), and well furnished with kitchenware and pottery (toaster, coffee maker, iron, iron board, clothes horse). There is a two seats sofa in yellow ochre tonality, shelves and exetendable table in chestnut wood. The entrance and the kitchen are separated by a mixed wrought iron and interwined rope furniture. This room is decored with Tuscan landscape pictures and typical tools of peasant familes that formerly lived in the farmhouse. |
 The apartment "Elisa" is about 80 square metres and includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a loungeroom with kitchen, a masonry bathroom with large window and fully furnished with mirror and glamour sanitary fixtures and a spacius shower box. One bedroom has an old style chest of drawers with big and stony drawers, bed, bedside table, coat hook, Floreal paintings and old style mirror and wrougt iron covered roof-terrace. Curtains and bedcover are in yellow ochre tonality. The other bedroom is very wide with a loft reachable by a wooden stair with a wrought iron banister. There is a wrought-iron bed with hand made pained hearboard, bedside table and covered roof terrace, three-door wardrobe.Curtains, carpets and bedcover are in blue tonality. The corridor leading to the bedroom has an arch and it is light up by a large window. |
 There is an old wrought iron sewing machine which is very picturesque and a demijohn adorned with flowers and other typical tools of rural life. The living room has two big windows and a stone fireplace on the corner. The extendable table, kitchen and table furniture are all in wooden, the room is separated by an original intertwined rope and wrought-iron structure. Tapestry, carpets and the 2 seats sofa bed are all in red India tonality. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and all domestic appliances such as kitchenwere, pottery, toaster, iron and iron board. Ornaments and flower boxes are all made of typical local materials (earthenware, stone and wrought iron). The apartments are furnished with central heating. There is no air-conditioning. |
