• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 5pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices for the whole villa.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Pruneta is a self catering Villa.
• Is heating included in the price?
  In Summer the price is "all inclusive". In winter the heating is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  A 30 % deposit: at the moment of booking. The rest : one month before the arrival at villa Pruneta di Sopra.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Villa has two floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have 2 quiet rooms with a nice view on the Apuan Alps and 1 with view on the pool.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided and weekly changed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes , there's a typical roof-terrace made of bricks and chestnut wood with a nice view of Apuan Alps. Around the house there's a 100.000 square meters estate.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  2 bedrooms have direct access to the roof terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The guests have the exclusive and free use of the entire villa.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There's a private pool (13X7 MT) open from June to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Normally at your arrival at the airport (Pisa or Florence) .
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  For food supply there's a mini-market at 600 meters from Pruneta's villa.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence : 100 km
  Siena: 150 km
  Pisa: 70 km
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castelnuovo Garfagnana: the pulsing heart of Garfagana (1 km from Pruneta).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa (75 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, this service is not available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the center of Castelnuovo Garfagnana.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castelnuovo Garfagnana's railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there's a sport area in Castelnuovo Garfagnana.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but this area is well known for its excellent restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, there is no internet connection.
