Accommodations

The house is set up as follows: on the ground floor, there is a large room, combining kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen corner has an electric oven, microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. The living room has a 32in satellite TV, DVD player and hi-fi. You should bring your satellite TV smart card: the decoder supports every code system except NDS. The ground floor also has a bathroom and lumber-room. The first floor has three bedrooms (two large, one small) sleeping seven in total. Two of the bedrooms access a large roof-terrace with lovely views. There is a further (large) bathroom on this floor.

Outside, beneath the roof-terrace, there is a wood oven for pizzas and a long cellar/lumber room (within which you'll find a washing machine). The guests have exclusive use of the whole property (house, swimming pool, gardens and so forth). For the cold season, the house has a radiator heating system. There is also a stone fireplace in the living room. Linen and towels are supplied and changed weekly and the house has its own alarm system. Animals are welcome.

Next to the main villa (7 people) there is a dependence obtained from a lovely stone house. The dependence, which can accommodate 2 people, is composed by: 1 large bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The dependence is located next to the main villa, in front of the pool and gardens. The dependence is rented together with the villa in the high season months (for a total of 9 persons), while in the other periods of the year guests can decide also to rent only the villa for 7 persons.
