There is no separate toilet. There is only one in the bathroom. This can be uncomfortable when one of the familymembers is taking a shower.
The last 150 mtrs. to the house is hard to take by car because of both rocks and holes in the path.

Quiet, enough privacy, clean, almost no contact with the owner (this can be positive or negative).
