• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It is a buffet breakfast, sweet and salted food, and it is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are ground and first floor, with no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are absolutely quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are included.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are no terraces, but there are 10.000 m2 of garden, plus little private gardens for each apartment.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, with satellite channels, apart from Iris apartment, which has television but only with italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the swimming pool is 128 square meters, and it is for adults and children.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can arrange it with you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 1,5 km you will find all the facilities you may need.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is about 160 km, Siena 120 km, Pisa 90 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Venturina.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, for an extra fee.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 500 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Campiglia Marittina.
• How far away is the beach?
  At 8 km.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are very welcome, but for an extra fee.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
