Accommodations

Casa del Lecceto offers five apartments:

Iris (from 2 to 3 persons)
The one-room apartment on the ground floor is made up of a spacious kitchen/living room with kitchenette equipped with refrigerator. There are a large fireplace, and a double sofa bed. The adjoining bathroom has bidet to the left and a bathtub with shower to the right.

Erica (from 4 to 6 persons)
The three-room apartment on the ground floor is made up of a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, and sat TV. The master bedroom, with its large glass safety door, is enormous, with a built-in wardrobe and dressing room; the smaller bedroom fits two twin beds, and the bathroom has tub, shower and bidet.

Viola & Rosa (from 6 to 8 persons)
In the four-room apartments on the second floor there are a living room with exposed kitchen, fully-equipped, master bedroom and attic bedroom. In Rosa apartment attic bedroom has two twin beds, whereas in the other, Viola, there are three; in both cases there is a private bathroom with shower. The master bedrooms also have their own bathroom with shower; lastly, in the nook under the stairs you will find the washing machine and some space to put bikes, luggages, surf gear, etc.

Margherita (4 persons)
Two bedrooms with double beds and two single beds. Living room with kitchen and private garden.

All the flats have: heating, foldout bed, washing machine, satellite TV, parking space and garden. Also we can rent rooms with daily rates but only in some seasons.
