Facilities within the Estate

 
Swimming Pool: In the garden there are two swimming pools for the guests' use, one for adults (14X6 mt.) and a round pool for children up to four years old, situated in the middle of a wide open space surrounded by an exclusive natural setting. Open from 1st May to 10th October.

Our Products: Inside the farmhouse wine, olive oil and other local products can be purchased on the premises.
 
Outdoor Activities: To lovers of nature the area around the farmhouse offers many paths for outings by foot, on mountain bike (it is possible to rent mountain bikes inside the farm) or on horseback, following tracks of bygone days immersed in the breathtaking landscapes of the green Umbrian hill.

Other: Spacious parking lot available for free to our guests. Tennis table. 10 mountain bikes.
