• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Payment is in cash at the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors (first and second) and there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is plenty of outdoor space behind the house.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are no balconies but there is a large terrace where we use to lay the tables for the the restaurant in the evening and there is also plenty of outdoor space behind the house.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is television, but no satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  TThere are ceiling fans, but no air onditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a shared kitchen fully equipped.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a large car ark behind the house.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Firenze.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a small grocery store 200 meters far and a small supermarket 1 km far.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are many vineyards around the house and amazing sunsets above them.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 35 km, Siena is 40 km, Pisa is 80 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Fiano and the nearest town is Certaldo (7km far).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence A. Vespucci.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 meters far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Certaldo.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  N, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a small typical restaurant on the ground floor.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
