Customers should know that there the closest town within (sort of) walking distance is 3 miles. From the website we thought there were closer towns, and we didn't have a car.

Casa Cheli was simply charming. Quiet and romantic, and nestled in the hills of Tuscany. The staff was warm and friendly; my husband and I felt like family. It was the most genuine and delightful place we visited on our honeymoon to Italy.

We were greeted by the owner personally with the offer of a drink & a very helpful introduction to Casa Cheli and the area in general.

The owners were always very helpful & friendly. Our 5 year old daughter took an immediate shine to both of them and she spent hours following them around which they were very sweet in encouraging. In particular she really enjoyed helping with the menangerie of animals that they have about the place.

It is an extremely friendly and family oriented place to stay which I recommend without hesitation. The rooms are traditional but well appointed and decorated, the view is lovely, And the food good. Less than 30 minutes from the centre of Firenze it is much better than staying in town

Being picked up at the train station by Vanna was truely exceptional service and experience.

Very hospitable, welcoming environment making us feel very much at home. It is a great place to wander and relax. My son loved seeing and interacting with the animals (puppies, turtles, chickens, rabbits, Shetland pony, and goose. The dinner (addtional cost) was outstanding.

I suggest putting up better pictures of the facilities and surrounding area as they were better than I expected.

I thought it was a Bed and Breakfast and that the breakfasts were included in the rental price. At check out I was charged for 8 breakfasts. I didn't think about questioning the owner at the time which I should have. I don't know if it was supposed to be included or not.

Very tasty and home-made breakfast, they have 700 olive tress - so the olive oil is made by themselves, excellent restaurant nearby

Very lovely and quiet place in country-side with excellent view and very friendly staff. With no doubt excellent stay for everybody, around 30-40 minutes/20km to drive from Florence center and last 7 kilometers uphill by romantic and narrow road

The staff was so helpful and made our stay enjoyable. They showed us around the property and gave us information about sites to see around the area. They also gave us a history lesson on the region and the products produced there.

Vanna Cheli cooks very authentic and very good Tuscan cuisine.

Cozy. The location of Casa Cheli is incredible, on a hillside overlooking the town, the vineyards, and the olive tree groves.
