• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am, if you need some more time please let us know in advance .
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Yes, the price is per person. On request for group or special events it is possible to provide special prices.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price, for accomodation like b&b. The breakfast is an Italian style buffet with caffè, milk, chocolate and tea, bread with hand made marmelade, hand made yogurt with fresh fruit, orange juice and each day a different cake.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Only in the rate of room/B&B.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No it is only possible at departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them are very romantic and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes the linens and towels are provided, only for the swimming towels the guest must bring their own.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartments have a private, garden or terrace outside with table and chairs. The rooms have a big garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two apartments have a terrace with a nice view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We prefer if people do not smoke in the rooms but it is only a suggestion.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are two TV, one with satellite, in the hall.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but I have two telephone lines so it's possible use them, for calls or Internet.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No because the house is a stone farmhouse, so it's very cool, some of the rooms have fans.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, inside or outside as you prefer.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in the office.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, during the hot season.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence, there are lots of car rentals.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes there are all type of shops and a big supermarket.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes around the house.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 20 km, Pisa 110 km, Siena 75 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Sieci 7 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport 35km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  1 km, Sita bus for Florence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sieci, 7 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, for the moment.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, you just have to advice us when you make the reservation.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  On Request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Only in the office.
