• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 4.30pm until 7pm.
  Check-out: before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can pay the bill any time.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have apartment on the ground floor and in the first floor, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Podere Poggio Cenni and Le Caselle with fireplace in the living room.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some apartments has terracces, nr. 206, 308, 101, 104, 102, 303 and 105.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, in our restaurant.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool on the property. Open from 8th of May until the 9th of October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence or Pisa airport, or in Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in n Casciano di Murlo (9 km away from the estate).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 70 km, Siena 30 km, Pisa 150 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Casciano di Murlo (9 km away from the estate).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  In Casciano di Murlo (9 km away from the estate).

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a tennis court.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can use Internet only at the reception.
