• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are the weekly and daily rates per apartment and room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is served daily between 8.15 am and 10.00 a.m. in the main house and it is included in the rate of the rooms, It is an extra for people who stay in the apartments and in the villa.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes heating is included for rooms, appartments and private villa.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors, but as it is a 16th century villa it does not have restored a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms at Casabella and Casanova are very cosy and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Apartments have a common yard and a coomon garden with tables, chairs ans sun beds that guests can use.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only the suite de luxe "Casa Mia" has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All room are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in each apartment, in each room and in the villa.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a public telephone at the reception and at the restaurant, and private telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning, just a ceiling fan.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room where we can also organize parties. There is also a relax room where you can read a book from our library or play chess or cards.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the main house is available an internet point, moreover all rooms are provided with WI-FI connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, it is in Podere Casabella, at 250 m. from Podere Casanova and Podere Monterifrassine. It is open from May to September, according with the weather.
• Is parking or garage available?
  An open parking is available near to each house.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Florence airport or in the city.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are grocery stores in Pontassieve and Le Sieci villages. Plus, we deliver fresh milk and bread every morning, on request.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, the property is surrounded by its vineyars and olive groves.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence about 18 km, Siena about 80 km, Pisa about 100 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Pontassieve at about 7 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can organize a transfer on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Is in front of the apertments, at about 200 m. from Casabella, with a direct service to Florence twice a day (at 06.00 a.m. and 02.25 p.m.).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sieci at about 6,5 km.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Restaurant "Mulino a Vento" with menu à la carte is opened all year round. Old tuscan recepies for a country athmosphere. From May till September you can have lunch by the pool at our snack and bar.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Is possible to access to Internet from the rooms and from a pubblic plug in the relax room, but not from the apartments.
