 The Lavacchio farm has been completely redecorated and furnished with great
care in order to ensure the most unforgettable and comfortable stay to our guests. With all it's varied facilities the Lavacchio farm holiday resort offers 4 different vacation possibilities: it is possible to lodge in either comfortable rooms or suites with private bathroom in "Podere Casabella" and "Podere Casanova" or in independent fully equipped apartments in "Podere Monterifrassine, or in an independent villa "Casa del Mugnaio" with private garden and pool. |
 All the Apartements are located in "Podere Monterifrassine", 250 mt far from "Casabella". On the ground floor there are a common laundry fro the guests, garden with barbeque, tables and chairs. All the apartments get the names from the grapes. They are provided with TV, own bathroom with shower, fireplace in the sitting room. |
 Trebbiano (2+2 beds for disabled people) 1°floor:
45mq - two-room apartment - living room with double sofa bed+ cooking corner,1 double room, bathroom with shower.
Canaiolo/Ciliegiolo (2+2 beds) 2°floor: 45mq - two-room apartment - living room with double sofa bed+ cooking corner, 1 double room or double room with two single beds, bathroom with shower. |
 San Giovese (4+2 beds) 2°floor: 70mq - three-room apartment -living room with double sofa bed+ cooking corner,1 double room, 1 double room (two single beds), bathroom with shower.
Malvasia (4+4 beds) ground floor: 100mq - three-room apartment - living room with cooking corner , 1 double room + double sofa bed, 1 double room (two single beds) + double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower. |
 Rooms and suites are located in 2 different buildings: Podere Casabella and Podere Casanova.
Podere Casabella is the main house where the reception, the swimming-pool, snack & bar "Il Cedro", "L'Aja", the dining room where a rich buffet breakfast is served every morning, living room with television, 1 living room with fireplace and minibar corner, play room for children, 4 double rooms, 1 junior suite, 2 suites, 1 deluxe suite are located. Each room is provided with private bathroom with shower, television, direct dial telephone, internet plug, WI-FI connection, fan, heating and mini-bar; each room has been furnished with great care with typical tuscan country style and like the wines (from which they get their names), every room has its special "taste". |
 Podere Casanova, 250 m. far from Casabella in the direction of the Farm, is a quite dependance surrounded by vineyard with 2 double rooms and a suite. Outside guests have a private garden with tables and chairs.
The indipendent Villa called "Casa del Mugnaio" (550 mt. far from "Casabella" and 200 mt. From the wind mill) has been restored during the spring 2003 but always with great care a respect for country tuscan style. The Villa is provided with a huge private garden with barbecue corner, big table, chairs, deckchairs, private parking and private pool. On the ground floor there are 2 double rooms with queen size bed room; 2 bunk bed rooms; 1 bathroom with shower; 1 Kitchen, dining area and private cellar;
1 living room with big fire place. On the loft there is 1 double room with a bathroom with shower. Access from the sitting room.
Facilities: dishwasher, washing machine, iron and iron board, sat tv, linen, dishes, pans, barbecue, heating, private cellar.
