We were welcomed and given a free glass of wine and then shown round our accommodation which was excellent. ... We found everyone very helpful during our stay.
We would recommend Casa alle Vache to friends if they were going to Tuscany on holiday.
... The only problem was the fact that the Credit Card Machine for whatever reason refused to accept our Card - we think it was a problem with the line. We therefore had to arrange to get cash to pay our bill which was an inconvenience as it meant several withdrawals had to be made from our bank account each of which incurred charges. ... NO ... Beatiful location in the heart of Tuscany. Very peaceful and relaxing with wonderful views of the countryside. Ideally located within easy reach of Florence and Sienna. Nice pool to relax beside and a great experience actually living within a working vineyard which added to the holiday. Graet wine !

The view from our apartment was beautiful - it;s like a painting. we have breakfasts and some dinners outside with this view. ... U must try it.

We stayed on the botton floor and found the overhead noise a bit annoying. If the chairs has pads on the feet, it would probably solve the problem. ... The staff person on site did not know how to process the payment. We had to wait about 45mins for someone else to show up. However, they were very apologetic. ... Beautiful location with classic Tuscan views. Very good value.
