• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 9am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do not prepare the breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, the heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but is possible also at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  1 (one); we have not lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All apartments are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We do provide the linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is 1 apartment with terrace; out of the apartments there are the garden and many vineyards.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is the Tv in each apartment; the satellite Tv is in the reception-room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is one in the reception-room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, it is open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.

  in San Gimignano
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Certaldo at 4 km from Casa alle Vacche.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, and we produce wines.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at 55 km, Siena 40 km, Pisa 70 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Certaldo.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
