 The farmhouse serves breakfast which is served on the terrace area with views and it includes homemade white and black bread as also croissant and baguette and krapfen as well as muffins and a choice of fruit juices, cereals including bran flakes, ham, succulent local sausage, back bacon, eggs, jams, and several kinds of cheese and tea or coffee with refills. Dinner is also available and is served on the terrace or in the stone dinning room if the weather is bad. |
 The farmhouse produces many foods onsite and can offer guests such delights as home made ice creams. There is also a wine cellar offering around 150 different types of wines which guests can have with their meals. There is a swimming pool with terrace and this has sun beds and sun shades around the outside. The reception area can offer guests safe deposit box, laundry service, car rental, bike rental and offer advice on where to go and how to get there. The owner can also arrange various tours and provide transport to many locations in the region as well as arrange airport transfer and pick up service. |

| At Roccastrada 6km from the farmhouse, you can find easily all services like butcher, baker, newsagent, post office, bank, chemist, clothing and furniture shop etc. There are plenty of walks and biking trials to follow from the property and also close by a chance to discover the area on horse back. The owner also has packages available where he can take you out and share his knowledge of the area and share some of the best places to see and eat before returning back to the farmhouse so guests can enjoy the evening dinning there. He can cater for group trips or for individual, what ever people require he can help. |
