• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the breakfast is not included. In the price included the use of a kitchen.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is only one ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a terrace, some others have garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  In some rooms there is a terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In each room there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no direct telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In some rooms there is air conditioning with an extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a free wi-fi zone.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a swimming-pool, open from May until the end of October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Florence or Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, the town of Castellina is only 700 metres far and there are grocery stores and supermarket.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we are located in the Chianti Gallo Nero zone, so there are many vineyards nearby.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  From Casa Landi you will be able to visit all the main Tuscan cities and towns without problems. Florence is at 39 Km, Siena at 22 Km, San Gimignano at 28 Km, Pisa at 96 Km, Arezzo at 69 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Castellina in Chianti, 700 metres close.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is the airport of Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can book for you the service at request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Castellina in Chianti.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Poggibonsi, 19 Km far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, the pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but there are many restaurants in Castellina in Chianti.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but you can surf in Internet in the free wi-fi zone.
