• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  One floor and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment has an independent entrance, is very very quite and romantic. Casa Giulia is ideal for "honeymoon".
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a tv but no satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes in the bed-room. No extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes there's the possibility to park just outside the "mura" (the ancient walls) of Certaldo with a special permission park-ticket that we can provide for your car, Also we have a possibility of private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Certaldo (Maestrini rent car) and at all airports and railway stations. For example: in Pisa Airport-Florence Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  40 km Florence, 30 km Siena, 60 km Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Casa Giulia is in the center of Certaldo Alto.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence 45 km and Pisa airport 60 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a funicular service 50 metri from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Certaldo.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but it is possible to eat at the panoramic restaurant "L'ANTICA FONTE" near the apartment (same property).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
