Apart fromthe directions, we had a wonderful welcome from Arianna accompanied by a nice glass of wine!

La Capraia is a wonderful place in an idyllic location. We especially liked the family restaurant just for the guests.
Only minor criticism was the bathroom. The shower was adjacent to the toilet. After using the shower the whole floor was wet making visits to the toilet dangerous on the wet, slippy floor. Water flow from the shower was very variable too.

You could include a better photo of the pool taken from above looking down over the valley - it is a breathtaking view.

La Capraia is a peaceful and idyllic villa. A perfect location for visiting the Chianti region. The villa complex has breathtaking views over the valley

The directions on site were not very clear. On arriving at Castelfranco di sopra from San Giovanni Valdarno it was difficult to find the sign indicating where to go to arrive at Capraia.
When we arrived there was no one to welcome us due to the fact that we arrived later than planned. We phoned however to say so.

We had a very good time at La Caparaia.

Very lovely situated, beautifull surroudings, clean, well kept, friendly proprietors, good facilities.
