• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 pm. to 07.30 pm.
  (If you are arriving later please let us know as soon as possible).
  Check-out: before 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Weekly prices per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is 5/7 Euro per person.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the apartments are located at the ground floor, except apartment B and one of E type that are on 2 grounds.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, all the apartments has an space outside (garden, terrace or courtyard) with charming wrought iron gazebo, chairs and table.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, only on request.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence or at Terranova Bracciolini.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at Castelfranco di Sopra, 5 km away.

  No, but in case of emergencies we can arrange it.
