• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: between 04.00 pm and 07.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.30 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room / per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included on the B&B accomodation and it's buffet breakfast with home made jams, cakes, cheeses, ham, etc. Breakfast is not included for the apartments.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes for B&B. No for the apartments.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if desired, otherwise at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No. There is a garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the house is a non smoking place, but we tollerate those who smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is TV set in the apartments. Satellite TV in the main livingroom for B&B.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. Please note that Apartment Inside the Ancient Walls has no use of the swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. Please note that Apartment Inside the Ancient Walls has no parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Airport or at Lucca.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 70 km. Siena 130 km. Pisa 25 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Lucca.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence or Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 3,5 km down the hill.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes as long as their owner respects everybody elses privacy and same right to peace and quite, and the pets don't dirt around and are not loud.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
