• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 10.30 am. to 04.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price quoted is for the villa per day, not per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartment is self-catering.[Breakfast is not served. We allow our guests to use the food and beverage supply they find in the kitchen.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill has to be settled on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The bedrooms are on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, each bedroom is quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The living-room has a terrace which faces west and has a wonderful view. In front of the entrance of the villa there is a large terrace on which you can sit or have meals. A further terrace belongs to one bedroom.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes there is a pool (6x13m).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car either at the airport of Florence or Pisa or in Florence.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence, Siena and San Gimignano are at about 30 kilometres away, Lucca and Pisa about 100 kilometres.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Greve in Chianti.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 36 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, with extra.
