• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: between 04.00 pm and 06.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price indicated is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Apartment La Fiammetta is at ground floor, apartment La Terrazza is at first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Both the apartments are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Apartment La Terrazza has a panoramic terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes there's the possibility to park just outside the "mura" (the ancient walls) of Certaldo with a special permission park-ticket that we can provide for your car, but we do not have private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car without driver at San Gimignano, or rent a car with driver at Certaldo.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  40 km Florence, 30 km Siena, 60 km Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The apartments are in the center of Certaldo.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence 41 km and Pisa airport 60 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a funicular 200 m from the house.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Certaldo.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
