• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  In the residence formula (apartment) the breakfast is not included. In the hotel formula the breakfast is included.
  Buffet Breakfast will be served.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 8 building. For each there are 1 or 2 floor.
  No elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Many of room/apartment are with balcony or patio.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes We have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is available on request at an additional cost.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes ,there is a swimming pool. Open from 19 Avril to 5 October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes is available a free private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In every town near by.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In the hotel there is a mini market.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 130km, Siena is 130 km, Pisa is 70 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village o town is Castagneto Carducci 5km, Cecina 15km, Livorno 30km, Pisa 70km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa Airport Galileo Galilei is 70km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we haven't but we can call a taxi for this service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Donoratico city is 2 km far away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Donoratico Rail station is 2 km.
• How far away is the beach?
  The Village is on the beach.
• Is the beach private or public?
  We are directly on the beach. Our beach is private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes there is a little beauty center, wellness, massage etc.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
