 The farmhouse, restored in 2002 taking much care to provide comfort and maintaining original Tuscan style and building materials, is composed of 9 fully furnished apartments (4 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor and another apartment at the groud floor on another farmhouse few meters from the main) with heating, telephone, TV, refrigerator, electric range, electric oven, cooking utensils, mosquitos net; bathrooms are all provided with shower box. The ground floor apartments are provided with private entrance from the garden and private furnished yard, while the first floor apartments have their own private external space in the garden and in the panoramic terraces that surround the farmhouse. The first floor apartments are provided with two entrances from the garden with original internal stairs, one for two apartments; this solution allows, if a larger apartment is needed, the capability to rent two apartments at the same time with a private entrance directly from the garden (Papavero+Oliveto or Bosco+Ginestra). The same capability is given to the ground floor too, thanks to a communication door (Orto+Rosmarino). |
 Apartment Orto - 3+2 guests: The apartment lies at the ground floor, with private entrance from the garden by a little furnished yard. It is composed by a double bedroom, a single room, bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room with fire-place and double sofa bed; it is completely accessible to the handicapped. The apartment can be rented together with the Rosmarino Apartment by opening a communicating door.
Apartment Rosmarino - 2+2 guests: The apartment lies at the ground floor, with private entrance from the garden by a little furnished yard. It is composed by a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and large dining room with kitchen, fire-place and double sofa bed, drawed from the wood ceiling loggia of the farmhouse. The apartment can be rented together with the Orto apartment by opening a communicating door. |
 Apartment Vigneto - 4+2 guests: The apartment lies at the ground floor, with private entrance from the garden by a little furnished yard. It is composed by a double bedroom, a twin bedded bedroom, bathroom with shower and large dining room with kitchen, fire-place and double sofa bed, drawed from the wood ceiling loggia of the farmhouse.

This apartment is called Nido and is a pretty apartment with double bedroom, bathroom with shower cabin, equipped kitchen with fireplace) at ground floor with private entrance from the garden and private furnished patio. |
 Apartment Fienile - 4+2 guests: Recently available this apartment is at ground floor with private entrance in the farmhouse set few meters from the main one, near to Nido apartment. This apartment is called Fienile and is a comfortable apartment with a double bedroom, a twin bedded room, bathroom with shower cabin, equipped kitchen/dining room with fireplace and double sofa bed. |
