• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: from 04:00 p.m. to 07:00 p.m.

  The proce is per apartment.

  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Enlgish, Italian, French and German.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Each apartment is on 2° floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the apartments are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the rooms have the courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in all the apartments there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in all the apartments there is telephone with direct dialing.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in Solatio and Vespro apartment without any extra charge in the months: July and August.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Poggibonsi, in Siena or in the Florence and Pisa Airport.
  
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Barberino Val d'Elsa or in San Donato.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 25 minutes far, Siena is 25 minutes far, Pisa is 1 hour far, Lucca is 1 hour far, S.Gimignano is 20 minutes far.

  The nearest village is San Donato.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest Airport is Florence, at 40 Km from the property.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.

  The nearest bus stop is in San Donato (2 km).
