Palagetto, mq 75:
This apartment was created out to the restoration of the old castle which dates back to the xi century. A private gate allows entry to the garden which is directly off the splendid kitchen-cum-dining room/sitting room dominated by a big fireplace. A double room with the bathroom en suite is accesible from the sitting room.
Another bedroom with two single beds and a small bathroom complete this apartment which is situated within the walls of a Villa with an independent entrance.

Primavera: 75 sq. metres (4 people): The apartment has an independent entrance with a splendid outdoor area surrounded by olive trees from where you can enjoy the Chianti countryside. The villa is on 2 floors. Downstairs there is a dining/living room and a kitchen well equipped. Upstairs, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room and bathroom. Fans are provided in both bedrooms.

Bacco II: 80 sq. metres (4 people): This house is situated next to Bacco 1 and it is very similar. It stands in a panoramic and quiet setting. It has an independent entrance with patio outside where you can relax amidst the green hills of Chianti. At the entrance there is a dining/living room, a kitchen equipped with fridge, electric oven and dishwasher, 1 double bedroom with safe, 1 twin bedded room, a bathroom. Fans are provided in the double room.

Lucia: a private patio with a garden is the outside of this nice villa situated in a very quiet position with an indipendent entrance. Entering the apartment you have a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a tube, 1 double room. ( 2 pax) 60 sqm.
