 The farm dating back to 1800 and completely restored is owned by the Ruatti family. The property is set on the gently rolling hills of the province of Pisa near Volterra , surrounded by rich and unspoiled nature, rich in history and memories of the past and is found inside the "Parco dell'Alta Valdera". |
 The farmhouse is composed by two separated buildings: the central building is a rustic farmhouse with six apartments and the old barn is composed by two 3-rooms flats completely renovated and furnished respecting antique Tuscany country style. |
 Podere Canale lies in the "Alta Valdera Park" and has a garden of 7000 sq.mt. with covered parking, bowl course, ping- pong, children playground and a large swimming pool (with six Jacuzzi style points) surrounded by olive and fruit trees. On the other side who prefer shadow it offers characteristic "gazebos". |
